Job Description
Fresh Basket Call Centre is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our clients by addressing inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Assist customers with order placements and shipment tracking.
- Manage foodpanda orders and logistics effectively.
- Update product details on our website as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in the food, ecommerce, or logistics sectors.
