Job Description
The Fourteen Group of Companies is on the lookout for a dedicated Recovery Officer to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, along with 1-3 years of pertinent experience in recovery or collections, ideally within the real estate industry.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, exhibit the capability to work independently, and manage stress effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and effective record management skills are essential for success in this role.
