Job Description
FOCUS IT Services Pvt Ltd seeks a full‑time Customer Service Representative based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. Shifts: 12:45 PM–9:45 PM or 1:45 PM–10:45 PM, Monday–Saturday. Salary starts at Rs55,00/month.
Responsibilities include representing the brand, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, maintaining records, and collaborating to enhance service quality.
- Preferred: UK-based customer service or homeware retail experience.
- Required: excellent verbal and written communication, customer focus, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with G Suite and Excel/Sheets.
