Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong background in the Apparel Industry. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee management, and payroll processes. Key responsibilities include advertising positions, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations, such as the EOBI, PESSI, Labor Department, and Health & Safety.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, preferably within a garment factory, along with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Strong administrative and communication skills are essential.

Salary: Starting at Rs100,00.00 per month
