Job Description
FiveRivers Technologies is currently in search of a committed Customer Success Manager to foster and enhance our relationships with international clients. In this client-facing position, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: You will oversee client interactions, conduct weekly check-ins, monitor project status, and translate client feedback into actionable tasks. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor are crucial, along with a robust technical understanding of product development.
