Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in payroll preparation.

Requirements:
