Job Description
Far 360 Consultancy seeks a Food Cost Controller to monitor and control hotel F&B costs and maximize profitability. The position requires preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cost and variance reports; supervising F&B and operational costs versus budgets; conducting stock audits; reviewing receiving reports and transfers; and coordinating with Accounts and Purchasing to reduce waste and pilferage.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management; 4–6 years in hospitality cost control (4–5‑star hotels preferred).
- Skills: Strong F&B cost control, inventory management, procurement, and analytical reporting.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site. Compensation: Rs90,00–Rs115,00/month.
