Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting and Tax Practice Manager to lead our accounting and tax service line. You will manage client relationships; oversee tax compliance, planning, and reporting; review tax returns and financial statements; and mentor and supervise staff. Responsibilities include process improvement, training, budgeting support, and assisting business development. Candidates must have at least five years of public accounting experience, strong technical tax and accounting knowledge, proficiency with tax software and ERP systems, and excellent communication and client management skills. CPA or equivalent is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, proven leadership, and a commitment to delivering timely, high-quality, and compliant work.
