Job Description
Faisal Movers Express (FMX) is looking for a motivated and responsible Retail Sales Executive to manage daily operations at our cargo terminal in Taj Complex, Malir, Sohrab Goth. The successful candidate will interact with walk-in customers, facilitate the booking and dispatch of shipments using our system, and ensure the delivery of efficient cargo sales and dispatch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the cargo sales counter.
- Provide information on services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Accurately book shipments and issue required documentation.
- Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
- Resolve customer complaints while meeting sales targets.
Requirements: A minimum of Intermediate education or graduation; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; strong communication skills; basic computer knowledge.
