Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is seeking motivated Customer Care Representatives to join our team in North Nazimabad. The ideal candidates will have outstanding communication skills, especially in spoken English. Preference will be given to individuals with Excel proficiency and previous call center experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Effectively address customer needs and specifications.
- Manage and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Graduate level education.
- Proficient in spoken English.
