Job Description
EZ MD Solutions is looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across our medical billing, digital marketing, and software development systems. Key responsibilities include delivering technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and safeguarding system security.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, demonstrated experience in IT support, knowledge of network management, and a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are advantageous.
This full-time position offers a salary range of Rs37,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Candidates must be prepared to commute to Rawalpindi.
