Job Description
Explosion Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, verify insurance information, assist patients with equipment orders, and deliver exceptional service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities: Your main tasks will include verifying insurance eligibility, educating patients about DME options, coordinating with healthcare providers, and managing sensitive patient information effectively.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or DME customer service role, possess strong communication skills, and be knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations.
