Job Description
Expert BOS is on the lookout for a highly skilled Country Manager to oversee our operations in Pakistan. This full-time position entails managing essential back-office functions, such as recruitment, human resources, and team leadership. You will be the key liaison between local operations and global management, ensuring efficient and profitable business practices.
Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, leading the team, managing HR processes, negotiating lease agreements, and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of management experience, particularly in BPO or multinational environments, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
