Job Description
We seek an experienced Head of Service Line & Business Operations Support to lead strategy, operations, and sales across the UAE and Bahrain. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate key client and stakeholder relationships.
- Minimum 8 years regional leadership experience
- Proven P&L ownership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent English, culturally aware of Gulf markets, and willing to travel
