Job Description
Eposmatic, a fast-growing restaurant management software company serving Pakistan and the UAE, is seeking a full-time Support and Data Entry Specialist in Islamabad. This in-person role provides first-level customer support via phone and WhatsApp, resolves software inquiries, maintains menu and pricing data, and performs client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; experience in support or data entry; proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets; strong English and Urdu communication skills.
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:30 PM–2:30 AM.
- Salary: PKR 30,00–70,00 per month.
