Job Description
EpazzTech is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Johar Town, Lahore. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to facilitate the effective functioning of various HR operations such as recruitment, employee record management, onboarding, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key responsibilities include assisting with daily HR activities, maintaining precise employee records, supporting the recruitment process, facilitating new hire onboarding, addressing employee inquiries, coordinating HR events, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Requirements: High school diploma is necessary (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred), a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR support, basic knowledge of HR principles, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills.
