Job Description
Enter and Post SMC Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver outstanding support to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer concerns.
- Record customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate swift issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently during night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM.
