Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Key responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondences. The Personal Assistant will also provide support in preparing reports and presentations as required.
The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
