Job Description
Location: Johar Town, Lahore | Company: Enigma
Are you an effective communicator with a strong dedication to customer service? We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Dispatcher, specializing in Chat Support and Inbound Call Answering, and elevate your career.
Shift Timing: 6 PM – 4 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs90,00 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and provide assistance to customers.
- Respond to inquiries through chat support.
- Dispatch and coordinate service requests efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (English preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
