Job Description
Emirates Talent Solution is on the lookout for a strategic HR Manager to oversee our human resource functions. The ideal candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, particularly within the recruitment or service sectors. This full-time position is based in Saddar, Karachi, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment efforts, manage onboarding, ensure policy compliance, and facilitate workforce development. Promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to legal standards.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, comprehensive knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required.
Compensation: Starting at Rs150,00.00 per month.
