Job Description
We are looking for a committed IT Administrator to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will deliver desktop and network support, maintain system security, and assist in technology upgrades.
Key Responsibilities: Installing and configuring devices, providing guidance to staff on hardware and software usage, diagnosing network problems, maintaining IT inventory, troubleshooting systems, ensuring data security, collaborating with vendors, and supporting new application deployments.
Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems; strong networking skills; familiarity with cybersecurity tools; exceptional problem-solving capabilities; availability for after-hours support.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minimum of 1 year of IT support experience. CCNA certification is preferred.
