Job Description

eForce Solutions is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented professional to join our vibrant team as a Senior Business Development Executive. This full-time, onsite position requires working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in business development, particularly in international markets, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in international markets.
• Manage leads and devise outbound marketing strategies.
• Maintain the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.
• Achieve KPIs and contribute to overall revenue objectives.

The salary for this position ranges from PKR 70,00 to 100,00, commensurate with experience.
