Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a talented HR Executive with a strong background in BPO recruitment for UK and USA-based campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process for call center roles, utilizing various sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
- Maintain detailed recruitment tracking and prepare reports.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and address HR-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
