Job Description
Eastern Scientific Corporation (Pvt) Limited is in search of a highly qualified General Manager of Laboratory to supervise lab operations, spearhead new business development, ensure quality assurance, and manage procurement processes. This pivotal role includes addressing customer complaints, planning recruitment, and overseeing the training and development of the team.
The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 10+ years of experience in laboratory operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or senior management position. A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, Food Technology, or a related discipline is mandatory. Proficiency in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning is crucial.
