Job Description
Location: Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi
Dr. Salik Teaching Hospital is currently in search of a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Night Shift Floor Incharge. This essential role entails overseeing night operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise reception operations during the night shift
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with maintenance standards
- Monitor staff attendance and address any conflicts
- Guide and support doctors, nurses, and other staff members
- Handle patient concerns and complaints effectively
Qualifications: A minimum of a graduation degree with 3-4 years of relevant hospital experience is required.
