Job Description
We invite you to join DR JAVED FAROOQUI as a Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, ensuring timely and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: You will be tasked with delivering clear communication, addressing customer issues, confirming orders, updating order statuses, generating sales, and promoting our products.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate level
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Urdu and intermediate English
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
