Job Description
Dollar East Exchange Company Pvt. Ltd is currently searching for a committed and experienced Assistant Manager of Human Resources. The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing HR policies, overseeing staff recruitment, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Qualified individuals should possess 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience and hold an MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Preference will be given to male candidates. Ideal applicants must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS, and a comprehensive understanding of labor regulations.
