Job Description
DikhaDe Digital Marketing Agency is on the lookout for a dedicated Client Servicing Executive to enhance our team. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary, based on your experience and capabilities, ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Manage projects to ensure they align with client expectations.
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns.
- Provide consistent updates to clients regarding project status.
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing or account management.
