Job Description
We are Digitech Outsourcing Solution, seeking passionate individuals to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Representative, your duties will include:
- Answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Responding to new service inquiries and complaints while handling daily operations.
