Job Description
Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution as a Customer Support Executive! We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe, operating 24/7.
Job Duties:
- Handle customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Address new service inquiries, complaints, and day-to-day operations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members as needed.
- Adapt to various shift timings to ensure coverage.
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 per month + performance bonuses.
