Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a premier inbound customer service provider catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. We are seeking dedicated candidates with previous inbound customer service experience, particularly those who are knowledgeable about US and UK campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide timely responses to service inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members as necessary.
- Exhibit flexibility with shift schedules to ensure coverage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 70,00.
- Annual salary increments and bonuses.
- A supportive and enjoyable work environment.
- Paid training period included.
