Job Description
We are a leading inbound customer service provider catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Our operations run 24/7, and we are actively seeking dedicated candidates with prior inbound customer service experience, particularly from US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Effectively managing service inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Engaging in training sessions and participating in team meetings.
- Collaborating with team members to foster a supportive environment.
- Demonstrating flexibility in shift schedules to ensure seamless service coverage.
