Job Description
Digital Mojo is seeking a qualified Head HR and Admin Manager to lead all human resources and administrative operations. This critical role will ensure our HR strategies are well aligned with business goals while overseeing office administration, regulatory compliance, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records efficiently.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs.
- Facilitate performance management systems.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts effectively.
