Job Description
Diamond Super Market is currently seeking a polished, courteous, and professional Front Desk Officer to oversee our reception area. As the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive first impression of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk
- Assist with appointment scheduling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
