Job Description
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi
Diamond Super Market is searching for a dedicated HR Officer with expertise in payroll management. The ideal candidate should possess experience in payroll operations, ensuring adherence to HR policies while providing exceptional support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Administer employee benefits and manage deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and address discrepancies effectively.
- Support HR administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of payroll experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
