Job Description
DevStudio Agency is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Day Shift, located in Defence Road, Rawalpindi. This role is essential for enhancing our customer service team’s effectiveness.
Salary Range: 25,00 PKR – 50,00 PKR + Target-based Commission
Key Responsibilities: Engage in outbound calls to book appointments, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements: Proficient English communication skills, a positive demeanor, and basic computer literacy are essential.
