Job Description
Devflovv is actively seeking a results-oriented Technical Recruiter to enhance our expanding team. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, develop robust talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to outline job requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct initial interviews and organize assessments.
- Prepare offer letters and professionally communicate rejections.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools.
- Exceptional sourcing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Location: On-site – Raiwind Road, Lahore
