Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our dermatology sales region. You will oversee Area Sales Managers and field teams, set and achieve regional sales targets, and develop and execute sales and promotional strategies. The role requires building strong relationships with dermatologists and key opinion leaders, monitoring market trends and competitors, conducting regular field visits, coaching teams, and driving measurable performance improvements.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 4–5 years pharmaceutical sales experience; 2–3 years in a managerial role (dermatology preferred)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; willingness to travel
