Job Description
We are seeking a Confluent Kafka Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain Confluent Platform and Apache Kafka clusters supporting high‑availability streaming applications. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure performance, security, and operational reliability.
- Responsibilities: cluster provisioning, performance tuning, monitoring and alerting, upgrades, backup and recovery, RBAC, incident response, and automation via IaC and CI/CD.
- Requirements: 3+ years managing Kafka/Confluent, strong Linux proficiency, Kubernetes experience, Terraform or Ansible, Kafka security (TLS/SASL), scripting (Python/Bash), and distributed systems troubleshooting skills.
