Cyber System Private Limited is looking for a committed Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding online support and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound audio and video calls.
• Schedule and oversee patient appointments effectively.
• Conduct eligibility verifications and follow up as necessary.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Deliver prompt and efficient customer support services.

Qualifications: Excellent command of English, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, capability to multitask under pressure, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Salary: PKR 60,00 to 75,00 per month, along with additional benefits.
