The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of ticketing systems and major GDS platforms, strong analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities include managing ticket issuance and refunds, coordinating with travel agents and suppliers, resolving ticketing and GDS issues, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue.
