Job Description
CSR SERVICES LLC is actively seeking qualified female candidates with practical experience in the US truck dispatching industry. We are hiring a dedicated Truck Dispatch Executive with competitive compensation of up to $70,00 per month, including commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide precise shipping details to clients.
- Maintain comprehensive records of communication and shipments.
- Manage invoices and all shipment-related documentation.
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure adherence to transportation regulations.
- Negotiate rates and delivery schedules.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of truck dispatch experience and exceptional English communication skills are required.
Work Schedule: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM, five days a week. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $55,00 to $70,00 per month.
