Crossroad Consultants in Karachi is excited to announce an opening for a full-time, on-site Female Customer Service Representative. This pivotal role entails managing front office operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
Applicants should possess proven experience as a receptionist, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Cultural sensitivity is essential, and bilingualism as well as prior experience in education or immigration consultancy will be advantageous.
