Job Description
Crossroad Consultants Pakistan seeks a full-time, in-person International Education Consultant (counselling-only; no sales targets). Candidates should have 1–4 years of overseas education counselling experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred).
- Provide one-on-one guidance: assess profiles and recommend countries, universities, and programs.
- Advise on admissions criteria, timelines, intake cycles, tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT), SOPs, LORs, and CVs.
- Maintain accurate counselling records and monitor visa and education trends.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, an ethical student-first approach, strong organization; CRM experience preferred.
Competitive salary: Rs70,00–Rs150,00/month. Supportive environment with ongoing training.
