Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will redirect them to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timings: 7:30pm – 5:30am (with breaks)
Requirements: Good English speaking and listening skills, a laptop with Windows 10, a good quality headset, and a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps.
Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a monthly pay range of Rs5,00.00 – Rs120,00.00.
