Job Description
We are excited to announce that Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, engaging and qualifying customers based on their needs. You will then direct their calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening.
- A working laptop with Windows 10.
- A high-quality headset.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum of 15 Mbps).
Shift: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
