Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support. You will also be responsible for collecting customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10 or newer
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details:
- Full-time night shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
