Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support. Your contributions will help us enhance our products and services through valuable customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (Windows 10 required)
- Good-quality headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Shift: Full-time, 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
