Job Description

Crossnotch Firm is actively hiring male and female staff for the position of SB (Avatar) Agent. This role is open to both fresh and experienced candidates. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while gathering valuable feedback to enhance our services.

Requirements: Good English skills, Windows 10 laptop, quality headset, reliable internet (15 Mbps min).

Shift Details: Part-time: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM; Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM.

Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
