Job Description
Cravings Bakeshop is on the lookout for a skilled HR & Operations Manager to spearhead our human resources and operational initiatives. This full-time role reports directly to the CEO and demands a candidate who possesses a robust background in HR strategies alongside operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate HR strategies and oversee the recruitment process.
- Manage employee relations and implement training programs.
- Supervise daily operations and enhance workflow efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Exemplary leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
